Orders placed before 2pm CET on a working day leave our Prague warehouse the same day. Standard tracked delivery takes 3–5 working days, express 1–3 working days, and next-day priority is available for urgent orders.

Standard tracked delivery is free on orders from €150. Express and next-day options are shown at checkout with their price before you pay.

Yes. Prices include VAT for your destination country, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery within the EU.

Most products arrive ready to use. Larger machines like the rower, the adjustable bench and the air bike come with tools and a step-by-step guide — assembly takes 15 to 30 minutes.

Every product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
