30-day returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund — more than the 14 days required by EU law. Email hello@formafitness.eu with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@formafitness.eu within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including return shipping.
Warranty
Every product has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something stops working, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video — we'll repair, replace or refund it, and cover the shipping. You can register your product on our warranty page to make this even quicker.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the item reaching our warehouse.
