Protecting your floor in a home gym

FORMA Team · 3 min de lecture

Weights and machines can mark or dent floors, and the noise travels to your neighbours. Rubber floor tiles solve both.

How many tiles?

Each tile covers 50 × 50 cm:

  • Under a walking pad or vibration plate: 4–6 tiles
  • A kettlebell or dumbbell corner: 4 tiles
  • A full home-gym area: 10 tiles (2.5 m²)

Less noise

20 mm rubber absorbs much of the noise and vibration from machines and set-downs — useful in flats.

Looking after them

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, and keep them out of direct sunlight.
